Cornwall Roof Tents is a trading name of WOWooO Ltd. We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Roof Tents

Delivery is free on all TentBox roof tent orders.

Because roof tents are large, heavy items, delivery is carried out by a specialist 2-person delivery service provided by ArrowXL, arranged through TentBox. You will be able to book a delivery date that suits you, and you will receive text and email notifications about the status of your delivery.

UK Islands & Northern Ireland Up to 14 business days

These are estimates based on average delivery times and are not guaranteed. Please do not make campsite bookings immediately after placing your order.

Important — check your delivery before accepting it: Please inspect the condition of the packaging before accepting delivery. If there is visible damage to the roof tent itself, take photographs and refuse the delivery. Contact us immediately at hello@cornwallrooftents.uk or 01726 844 000 so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Other Items

Accessories and other items are dispatched separately from roof tents, usually using a standard tracked postal service.

Order Despatch & Tracking

  • Despatch times vary by product — see individual product pages for details
  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped
  • Orders for multiple items may ship in separate packages

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please take photographs immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@cornwallrooftents.uk
  • If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. Items will not be confirmed as lost until the courier has declared them lost
  • Please retain all packaging until your issue is resolved
